Mediatonic is one of the UK's largest independent game developers with around 200 people across 6 locations worldwide. With incredibly diverse games, from top-grossing mobile titles, to hardcore PC simulators, from major IPs to completely original titles.

Above all, we take pride in crafting games that challenge and inspire us and we invest in technology that will keep us at the forefront of the industry. We hire experts to take on the biggest creative and technical challenges we can get our hands on and we invest in our people for the long term.

In the coming years, we have plans to grow across all our studios/locations, in order to achieve this we are looking to hire an Head of Studio Environments to join our London Studio.

  • Responsibilities

    Example of projects in 2020:

    • Manage a £750k-£1m fitout in central London
    • Move 150 people from Strand to new prems in central London
    • Identify and manage the setup of a new studio in Leamington Spa
    • Assist with the incubation of our new Madrid Studio (has grown to 30 in one year, with a view to reach 70)
    • Mentor & develop a team of 3 in London, Guildford and Madrid and hire a fourth to manage our Leamington startup
    • Define a plan for our next, currently, unannounced studio incubation project
  • Requirements

    • Previous programme management experience
    • Excellent Problem Solving abilities
    • Excellent organisational skills
    • Exceptional communication skills
    • Ability and confidence to report a both high and low levels across the business
    • Proven history improving and developing internal environments and culture.
