We’re delighted to announce that Tonic Games have been ranked 44th in the UK (22nd in London!) in this year’s prestigious ‘100 Best Companies to Work For’ list. It’s the first time we’ve entered the rankings, so to be recognised with this placement and a maximum three-star accreditation is hugely humbling and a truly special milestone for us.

Best Companies recognises companies that are leading the way in creating exciting and engaging workplaces which, this year, is no mean feat when your workplace for the last 14 months has likely been your kitchen or your bedroom!

This award means the world to our team as it represents the hard work and commitment of the 350 people that make Tonic Games a truly special place to work. This award is dedicated to the colleagues that look out for each other, for the People Managers who are always there to support and develop their teams and to the 100s of little things that happen each and every day that make a positive difference to working life during such challenging times.
