Mediatonic is a team of over 300 exceptionally talented and seriously hardworking people. We devote our careers to crafting awesome original games in the hopes of bringing a little more joy into the world.

As a creative business, we recognise that creativity is best inspired by different experiences and perspectives. We strive to create a culture of belonging, where all our colleagues feel welcome, supported and diversity is celebrated. We passionately believe that games are for everyone, whether we’re playing or creating them.

  • Why work @ Mediatonic?

If you're eager to tackle the biggest creative and technical challenges you can get your hands on, interested in working on diverse titles across multiple platforms and IPs, and are equipped with a deep love of games, we’d love to hear from you.

  • We appreciate the weird and wonderful

We take pride in crafting diverse experiences that both challenge and inspire us. Our quest is to create joyful games that reveal depth and mastery over time, by investing in the technology that keep us at the forefront of the industry, and the people who bring our vision to life.

  • Our environment's important to us

We have studio locations in London, Brighton, Leamington Spa and Madrid, each full of spaces to game, eat and socialise—we miss them terribly! While lockdown measures are in place, we're focused on making sure remote working is as comfortable and healthy as possible for our teams, with schemes to support everything from home office equipment, to mental wellbeing, to regular bouts of drag queen bingo.

  • Work together, play together

We're a sociable bunch, with a smorgasbord of (optional!) activities during and outside of work time, complemented by over 25 colleague-ran interest groups. A positive, empowering and open studio culture is important to us and during lockdown we're doing all we can to keep our community cosy. Whether it's hopping onto Discord for a touch of Among Us, gathering virtually for a Ghibli film night or digging into takeaway pizza during a raucous quiz, we're keeping together apart.

  • Don't see what you're looking for?

On our quest to become the best games developer in the UK, we're always on the lookout for talented people (even if it's for a role we haven't posted yet). Feel free to get in touch!

Just remember, we receive oodles of applications each year which are handled personally by our small recruitment team. Therefore, the following are hugely helpful: a cover letter that tells us a bit about you and what you’re passionate about; a concise CV, and clear links to any portfolios or additional materials. Thanks!
